ANA Screening Kit

Anti-nuclear antibodies occur in a large number of patients with systemic rheumatic diseases. This ANA screening EIA kit is intended for the detection of specific IgG anti-nuclear antibodies in human serum.

Antigens

Each microwell is precoated with purified antigens for dsDNA, histones, SSA/Ro (52 and 60kD), SSB/La, Sm, Sm/RNP, Scl-70, Jo-1 and Centromere B.

Calibration

The assay is calibrated against an arbitrary reference. The results are semi-quantitative and are defined by the the formula below:
