Anti Cardiolipin IgG/IgM Combi Kit
Autoantibodies against cardiolipin are found in a wide range of conditions such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). This anti cardiolipin EIA kit is designed for the detection and accurate quantitation of IgG and IgM class autoantibodies against cardiolipin in human serum samples.
Antigen
The microwells are precoated with purified bovine cardiolipin and ß2 glycoprotein (cofactor).
Calibration
The assays are calibrated against the Louisville reference LAPL-GM-200. A 5 point calibration curve is generated for both IgG and IgM.
Result Interpretation

| Low - medium positive | > 20 - 80 GPL U/mL | > 20 - 80 MPL U/mL |
| Strong positive | > 80 GPL U/mL | > 80 MPL U/mL |
Measuring Range
