Anti Thyroglobulin Kit

Anti-thyroglobulin autoantibodies are useful as ain aid in the diagnosis of thryoid diseases, in particular Hashimoto's thyroiditis and Graves' disease.

This anti-thyroglobulin EIA kit is intended for the detection and accurate quantification of specific IgG autoantibodies against thyroglobulin in human serum.

Antigen

The microwells are precoated with purified thyroglobulin.

Calibration

The assay is calibrated against the NIBSC anti-thyroglobulin reference preparation, 65/93. A 5 point calibration curve is generated.
