Anti Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) Kit

Anti-TPO autoantibodies are useful as an aid in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases, in particular Hashimoto's thyroiditis and Graves' disease.

This anti-TPO EIA kit is intended for the detection and accurate quantitation of specific IgG autoantibodies against thyroid peroxidase in human serum.

Antigen

The microwells are precoated with recombinant TPO.

Calibration

The assay is calibrated against the NIBSC anti-thyroid microsome reference preparation, 66/387. A 5 point calibration curve is generated.
